He showed me where every piece of damage on my roof was and helped me work with my insurance company to get it covered. I ended up getting my entire roof replaced and called them back months later when I needed some interior remodeling done.

Called Louisiana Exteriors out after hail storm came through Bossier City. They sent someone right out to look at my roof, provide be a quote, and help me understand my insurance claim. Within two weeks the roof was installed, yard was clean, and the whole experience went great. They are a local company here in Shreveport/Bossier City which gave me peace of mind. They didn't try to replace our roof when it didn't need to be replaced. They came out for free and inspected our roof only to find one area that needed to be fixed instead of the whole roof. Awesome group of guys at Louisiana Exteriors LLC. The initial inspection performed was very thorough. Not a fast on and off inspection as a previous inspector with another company did.

The inspection was very detail oriented and thoroughly examined from the ridge cap to the roofs edge and everything in between. Also they inspected the structure for soft or weak spots that tend to occur after water damage. I am a former builder unable to do this work any longer due to a serious knee injury so I have to hire out help. That being said I am very particular and meticulous about details and professionalism. I tend to expect a lot from those who I hire. On that note, I never had to say a word and these guys did more than I expected!
